But really...who wants to celebrate May the 5th...the Mexicans, apparently! Partaaay!
My beloved mother celebrated this fiesta of a day by getting surgery. Yay! Just kidding. Well, not about the surgery, about the 'yay'. She really did get surgery. On her ACL, MCL, and meniscus (or however you spell that word). As we speak, she is laying on the couch. She's kind of a mess. Extra tired, her leg hurts, not hungry. I feel bad for her. Since they went ahead with the second surgery, her leg is non-weight baring for up to 3 months. Yeah, you heard me. We will def be relying on the charity of others for a while, lol. Happy Cinco de Mayo to Mommy!!!!!
Dude, I soo wish I could party it up today. Let loose, have a margarita. Jk jk jk. But I really feel like going crazy, school has been one big ball of stress. Not to whine or anything, but AHHHH! I might just go insane in the membrane.
Ok, you guys have heard of Obsessed, riiight?? I SOOOO want to see that movie. It looks really good. Beyonce kicking white girl a** (sorry, Mother. Revised: white girl butt)? Ooooh yeah! Lol, I'm not black by the way. I just happen to LOVE Beyonce (a.k.a. Queen B get it? get it? lol) Alrighty then, it's time to get crackalackin' on my homework, yo dizzles. Don't ask.

ReplyDeleteCinco de Mayo is a Mexican holiday celebrating a major victory in a battle with the French, which ultimately helped kick the French out of Mexico. This was in the 1800s, I believe...anywho, that's why it's such an important day in Mexico's history. It's not just about margaritas, and it is NOT Mexican Independence Day, as I learned this year. That's in September. So, feliz Cinco de Mayo, y saludos!
