I'm super excited, because this Saturday I am finally going to the drive-in. The movies could not be more perfect. They are Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, which looks dorky but funny and I have been wanting to see it, and Star Trek, the best movie of, I don't know, EVER. And also, the Burtons are coming, which should be fun. We're getting there early, so maybe the three (four if you count Cooper, the little one) boys can teach me how to throw a football or something. Lol. They probably won't stay for the second movie, cuz it's kinda late for the Coop and even Ben (the middle on who is one year younger than me). Plus, they (Ben and Cooper) might be scared by Star Trek. Well, just wanted to stop by and share my excitement with you.
Oh! I almost forgot. My little brother got a girlfriend! I'm so happy for him, especially because he really likes this girl. They talked on the phone for a while, and he seems to be happy. But I'm also kinda like, hey. what the heck?!? My kid brother has his first girlfriend in the 5th grade, I'm in the 7th, and I haven't had a boyfriend? Really? Oh well. I'm not really all that concerned about it, but...I mean, I seem likeable, right? I know I am. There must be something wrong with boys these days. It's not like I'm not friends with boys. It's not like they don't like me. They just don't *like* me. Which is just fine with my dad. Actually, that isn't completely true. There is one boy. But. That is not my business to tell to the world. I hope you appreciate that, kid.
You know you love me,
Meg
