Ok so my kid brother watches this RETARDED cartoon called Chowder on Cartoon Network. I HATE CHOWDER. I'm thinking of starting a club, but you can only join if you also HATE Fairly Odd Parents and Drama Island. We can call it the CPACFOPDI (cool people against chowder, fairly odd parents, and drama island). Haha. Let's make posters.
So I've been really into finding music that's not on Kiss these days (shocker i know). My favorite so far is a song that a really cool chick (hehe you know who you are) introduced to me. It's the acoustic cover of Hey Ya by Matt Weddle of Obadiah Parker. It's really beautiful, because the lyrics are really meaningful. My favorite is "Nothing lasts forever. Then what makes love the exception?" Here's a list of some other cool songs:
1.The Diary of Jane by Breaking Benjamin
2.Her Morning Elegance by Oren Lavie
3.Supermassive Black Hole by Muse (my favorite lyric is "I thought I was a fool for no one, but oh baby I'm a fool for you.")
4.Girls Don't Like Boys by Good Charlotte (LOVE THIS SONG)
5.It Was You by Emma Deigman
6.Acoustic remix of Drive by Incubus
7. ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING PARAMORE
This is my list so far. Listen to these songs and comment on your favorites/least favorites. And yes I do realize that both Paramore (eep!) and Good Charlotte are both well-known, they do fit in the catagory of "not on Kiss that much". So to all you haters, get over it! Lol jk. Ok I got this from somebody's pro on AIM:I'm not all that and a bag of chips. I'm all that and a bag of skittles. So taste my rainbow, sucka! Lol. I also like this one: I'm not all that and a bag of chips. Cuz honey, I'm the whole party mix! Haha. Currently my favorite calming song is Stand By You. It;s Christian, and here's the chorus:
Cuz i'll be by your side wherever you fall
In the dead of night, whenever you call
And please don't fight these hands that are holding you
My hands are holding you
Whenever I'm stressing, I always think of this song. Anyway I warned you guys that this blog would be random! Lol. I've been really inspired by lyrics lately, even in pop songs. Tomarrow I may give you a list of them. Lucky you! Hehe.
